Theodore Nikoloudakis
Theodore Nikoloudakis Architecture Studio is a contemporary architectural practice founded in 2022. Based in Chania, Crete we work on a wide range of building typologies including hotels & resorts, residential projects, commercial spaces, bars & restaurants offering services that include architecture & interior design from conception to completion. Our team includes architects & interior designers as well as partners from different industry branches.
Theodore Nikoloudakis grew up in Apokoronas and Chania. He studied architecture in the University of Patras and obtained his masters degree in Bioclimatic Architecture in the School of Environmental Engineering of theTechnical University of Crete. Since 2014 he has collaborated with various different architectural offices and construction companies gaining experience on projects of various scales.
